How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Who Are We

Hansen Technologies (ASX: HSN) is a global software and services provider, serving energy, water/utilities, and telecommunications industries. With customers in 80+ countries, we foster collaboration across 26 global offices. From 5G advancements to renewable energy transitions, we empower customers to overcome challenges, innovate, and drive new business models.

At Hansen, we are also embedding AI enablement across our operations. From automating workflows and enhancing service delivery, to driving innovation in customer solutions, AI is shaping the next chapter of how we support our clients. With a focus on operational excellence and innovation, Hansen is using AI not just as a tool, but as a strategic enabler to deliver smarter, faster, and more resilient solutions for the future.

This role is based in our Hammersmith, London office three days per week, with the remaining two days working remotely.

    Why This Role Matters

The Head of Revenue Operations is responsible for building and leading the commercial operating system that powers Hansen's Energy & Utilities business. This role ensures there is one pipeline, one forecast, and one trusted source of commercial truth across a global business spanning four regions, multiple currencies, and a diverse mix of services, software licences, subscriptions, and evergreen contract models.

As Hansen continues to invest in ambitious growth, this role brings together the people, processes, systems and governance needed to drive consistent, data-led decision-making and predictable revenue performance. The role owns the commercial technology ecosystem across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, ensuring data integrity, forecasting accuracy and operational excellence throughout the customer lifecycle.

A key responsibility is establishing how revenue retention is measured, managed and improved across Hansen's extensive installed customer base, including its significant portfolio of evergreen contracts. By creating clear commercial definitions, robust governance and consistent operating standards, this role enables regional teams to manage customer relationships effectively and deliver reliable forecasts.

This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a critical function within a newly evolving Growth organisation. Reporting directly to the EVP Growth & GTM and sitting on the Growth Leadership Team, the successful candidate will define the strategy, structure and operating model for Revenue Operations while leading a team of 5-6 professionals across commercial systems.

    What You’ll Do

    • Own and optimise Hansen's commercial operating platform, ensuring Dynamics 365 remains the single source of truth across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
    • Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting, establishing consistent definitions, processes and governance across all regions.
    • Deliver actionable commercial insights through dashboards, analytics, attribution modelling and performance reporting.
    • Define and manage the retention framework, providing visibility of customer risk, retention performance and revenue opportunities across the installed base.
    • Oversee pricing governance, deal desk support, and quote-to-contract processes to drive commercial discipline and profitable growth.
    • Lead the commercial technology stack, including ongoing optimisation, adoption and the successful transition from Market to Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys.
    • Partner with Regional EVPs, Finance, HR, and Customer Success leaders on territory planning, quota support, incentive administration and broader commercial planning activities.
    • Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team covering commercial systems, analytics, customer success operations and process excellence.
    • Champion continuous improvement and AI-enabled capabilities that enhance productivity, data quality and commercial decision-making.

    What You Bring

    • Proven experience leading Revenue Operations across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success within an enterprise B2B software environment.
    • A strong track record of owning and developing CRM platforms as strategic business systems, with experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
    • Expertise in forecasting, pipeline governance, reporting and commercial performance management in complex, multi-region organisations.
    • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate insights into commercial action.
    • Experience operating across multiple countries, currencies and revenue models, including subscription and recurring revenue businesses.
    • The ability to establish governance, processes, and operating disciplines while influencing senior stakeholders and driving organisational alignment.
    • Comfortable working in a high-growth, transformational environment where new frameworks, processes and ways of working are being built and embedded.
