How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about the world of retail and lifestyle products? We’re looking for a proactive Temporary Buyers Admin Assistant to join our Buying team at our London head office.


    This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the buying process from concept to customer.


    About the Role

    We’re working with an established lifestyle retailer known for its curated collections across fashion, homeware and accessories. With a strong focus on quality, creativity and conscious design, they are looking for a Buying Admin Assistant to join their team and provide day-to-day support across the buying function.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide daily administrative support to the Buying team
    • Raise and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
    • Liaise with suppliers regarding sample deliveries, product information and lead times
    • Update and maintain product information and imagery on internal systems
    • Assist with preparing reports, range plans and trading summaries
    • Support with sample management for meetings, photoshoots and PR requests
    • Work closely with internal teams including Merchandising, Marketing and E-commerce


    About You

    • Previous administrative experience within a retail or buying environment, with relevant internships also considered
    • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
    • Confident using Excel and working with data; knowledge of VLOOKUPs and pivot tables would be beneficial
    • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
    • Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
    • A genuine interest in lifestyle, fashion and consumer trends
