How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Who Are We

Hansen Technologies (ASX: HSN) is a global software and services provider, serving energy, water/utilities, and telecommunications industries. With customers in 80+ countries, we foster collaboration across 26 global offices. From 5G advancements to renewable energy transitions, we empower customers to overcome challenges, innovate, and drive new business models.

At Hansen, we are also embedding AI enablement across our operations. From automating workflows and enhancing service delivery, to driving innovation in customer solutions, AI is shaping the next chapter of how we support our clients. With a focus on operational excellence and innovation, Hansen is using AI not just as a tool, but as a strategic enabler to deliver smarter, faster, and more resilient solutions for the future.

This role is based in our Hammersmith, London office three days per week, with the remaining two days working remotely.

    Why This Role Matters

This is a pivotal role at a key stage in Hansen's CRM transformation. As the CRM Product Owner, you will own and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 for our Energy & Utilities business while leading the migration from Market to Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys.

Your immediate priority will be delivering a successful marketing automation migration ahead of the Market to contract expiry, ensuring seamless campaign continuity, lead management, reporting, and customer engagement. Following the migration, you will drive the optimisation of Dynamics 365 Sales, improving forecasting, win probability modelling, and commercial processes across multiple regions.

Working closely with senior leaders, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, IT, Microsoft, and implementation partners, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Hansen's revenue operations capability and CRM landscape.

This role is for a 6 month’ period initially, with the possibility of either an extension or conversion to permanent.

    What You’ll Do

    • Own and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the CRM platform for Hansen's Energy & Utilities business.
    • Lead the migration from Market to Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys, ensuring seamless campaign execution, lead management, reporting, and data continuity.
    • Partner with Marketing, Sales, IT, Microsoft, and external implementation partners to deliver CRM and marketing automation enhancements.
    • Prioritise and manage the Dynamics 365 product roadmap, driving the evolution of the platform beyond its initial MVP deployment.
    • Improve sales forecasting, win probability modelling, and commercial processes to support consistent reporting across regions.
    • Act as the key CRM stakeholder within the business, ensuring the platform delivers value to users and supports strategic growth initiatives.
    • Initially you will report to the EVP Growth & GTM, with the role transitioning into the Revenue Operations function as it evolves.

    What You Bring

    • Proven experience owning and optimising CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Market.
    • Strong track record of delivering CRM implementations, migrations, and business-critical system enhancements.
    • Experience managing product backlogs, prioritising competing requirements, and driving platform adoption.
    • Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, lead scoring, and marketing campaign execution.
    • Knowledge of CRM data management, integrations, reporting, and dashboard development.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, and external partners to deliver successful outcomes.
    • A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to make decisions, manage stakeholders, and identify risks early.
    • Strong communication, documentation, and training skills, with a focus on driving user engagement and business value.
