How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Are you our new Consultant DS 6000 Simulator Instructor?


    We Offer


    As our new DS 6000 Simulator Instructor you will be delivering Advanced / Enhanced Well control and Well sharp courses onsite in Asia and Middle East


    Key Responsibilities


    • Course delivery of Advanced / Enhanced Well control and Well sharp courses on DS 6000 simulator
    • Develop SIM snaps as per client requirements
    • Customise Advanced / Enhanced O&G courses / SIM snaps as per client requirements


    We are looking for


    We are looking for an instructor having minimum of 1 year experience in delivering Advanced / Enhanced Well control and Well sharp courses on DS 6000 simulator and holding following certificates,


    • IWCF Drilling Certificate – Supervisor Level 4 Certificate (Surface & Subsea),
    • IWCF Drilling Certificate – Instructor Certificate (Surface & Subsea),
    • IADC Drilling Certificate – Instructor Certificate (Surface & Subsea),
    • IADC Well Service & Workover Certificate – Instructor Certificate,


    The key point is that you are highly motivated to deliver a better learning experience for the participants. We anticipate that you have an appropriate level of experience and generally the following skill sets:


    • Driven to design and develop new training programmes and modify existing curriculum to meet the needs of participants.
    • Skilled in delivering key points of information to a diverse group of people.
    • Helps participants obtain the knowledge and skills they need to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
    • Develops interpersonal skills while offering a complete thorough lesson plan.
    • Highly organized Job Specialist Trainer successful at managing people and time.
    • Offers prompt feedback on training assessments, participant behaviour and overall effectiveness of each training session
    • Must be highly self-driven and result oriented
    • Must have excellent communication skills
    • A structured way of working, showing attention to detail
    • Fluent in English both verbally and in writing
