Looking for a flexible HLTA role that fits around your availability? We are working with a number of primary schools in the area that are always on the look out for HLTA's to support them on a supply basis.

The Role:
Support teaching and learning across a range of primary school settings
Deliver engaging activities and interventions to support pupil progress
Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups
Cover classes and provide PPA cover when required
Work alongside class teachers and school staff to ensure continuity of learning
Create a positive, well-managed classroom environment
Adapt quickly to different schools, year groups and classroom environments
What We're Looking For:
Experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Confident, reliable and adaptable
Strong behaviour management skills
Passionate about supporting pupil progress
Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Comfortable working across different primary school settings
Available for flexible supply work
