As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with a range of special educational needs.
Encourage students to develop their confidence, independence, and engagement with learning.
Work closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
Support students throughout the school day, observing and monitoring their progress, wellbeing, behaviour, and participation.
Help students overcome barriers to learning and reach their individual potential.We're looking for a Teaching Assistant who is:
