HR Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Officer to step into this newly created role. Supporting three schools, with 30 staff, you will be pivotal in reviewing existing HR policies and procedures and creating new ones and supporting staff with low level ER cases.

The successful HR Officer will lead on:

* Supporting the full 360 recruitment process

* Leading onboarding/off boarding

* Supporting cases on absenteesim and sickness

* Managing the staff well-being portal

* Knowledge of Teachers' Pay and Pensions

* Supporting on the implementaion of a new HR System

* Available for an immediate start.

You will be CIPD Level 5 qualified with a minimum three years' experience working within a school/education setting.

This is an excellent opportunity to join this Trust at a period of growth with potential permanent prospects on offer. This is an onsite, full time role. Hours of work 8am - 4pm.
