As Estimator you will be working on:
Large distribution centre and big box I&L projects
Sports & Leisure schemes for Premier League football clubs
Commercial, Residential & Mixed Use developmentsWhat we're looking for:
An experienced Estimator with a strong Main Contractor background
A solid grounding in I&L, Commercial, Residential or Sports & Leisure sectors
Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates, tender submissions and pricing from first principles
Strong knowledge of subcontract procurement, package analysis and value engineering
Someone commercially astute who can work independently and as part of an established pre-construction teamThe detail:
Freelance: £400–£450 per day
Permanent: £65,000–£85,000 per annum
Salary/rate dependent on experience
Both freelance and permanent candidates will be considered
