Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of infrastructure projects involving HV/LV electrical works, utility diversions and associated civil engineering.
Job Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of works on site, ensuring activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme and specification.
You will manage subcontractors, labour and site resources while coordinating with engineers, utility providers, clients and other project stakeholders. The role will involve overseeing safety-critical works within live utility environments, including electrical infrastructure, utility diversions and associated civils.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Site Manager, Site Agent or Section Manager
Strong background within power, utilities or major infrastructure projects
Experience with HV/LV infrastructure and/or utility diversion works
Strong subcontractor and site team management experience
Experience managing RAMS, permits, ITPs and quality documentation
Good understanding of CDM regulations and temporary works
Strong health & safety and site compliance knowledge
SMSTS
Relevant CSCS management card
EUSR / SHEA Power advantageous
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
