About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSA) to work closely with our students on a 2:1 basis in Epsom, Esher and Woking
Key Responsibilities:
* Play based learning
* Provide 2:1 support to our students alongside a Lead Tutor.
* Focus will be on communication, engagement, independence, social interaction and emotional regulation through motivating play-based activities.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with young people with SEND, particularly in a school or SEND setting.
* Friendly, patient and calm demeanor, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage schedules effectively.
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to students needs and goals.
Essential:
* Previous work in education, particularly in SEND
Hours:
10 - 15 hours per week in term time only
Pay:
£25 per hour
