You’ll collaborate with passionate educators to create a supportive environment where students thrive academically and personally. Building strong relationships with staff, parents, and carers, you’ll drive the “fitness to study” process and implement strategies that promote student success. What we'relooking for:

A strong interest working with young people with additional needs.

Level 2 English or Maths [or equivalent] or willingness to achieve.

Level 3 award in Supporting Individuals with Learning Disabilities or willingness to work towards.

A great communicator who can engage with the students.

Compassionate and respectful of the learner’s needs.
*
A passion for supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning.
