Working closely with senior leadership teams, client representatives, and specialist contractors, you will take ownership of the delivery and performance of electrical and gas compliance services across a large housing contract.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the operational management of electrical and gas compliance activities across the contract.
* Review, develop, and strengthen compliance governance processes and controls.
* Monitor contractor performance against agreed KPIs and service level standards.
* Manage key subcontractor relationships, ensuring accountability for performance and compliance.
* Ensure all statutory and regulatory compliance requirements are achieved and maintained.
* Review reporting processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Drive consistency across management information and compliance reporting frameworks.
* Analyse performance data and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders.
* Conduct audits and reviews of compliance processes, systems, and contractor outputs.
* Identify compliance risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across the compliance function.
* Work collaboratively with clients and operational teams to ensure service delivery objectives are met.
About You
* Proven experience managing electrical and gas compliance programmes.
* Previous experience within a social housing, housing association, local authority, or contractor environment.
* Detailed knowledge of statutory compliance requirements relating to residential housing assets.
* Experience managing contractors and monitoring performance against KPIs.
* Strong governance, auditing, and compliance monitoring expertise.
* A track record of reviewing operational processes and driving service improvements.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
* The ability to quickly assess existing operations and identify opportunities for enhanced performance.
* A proactive approach with a commitment to compliance excellence and continuous improvement.
