Operations Coordinator

Danny Sullivan is looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our sites.Based at our Head Office, this role would suit someone with previous experience in coordinating site operations, particularly with booking inductions, onboarding operatives, and managing client requirements across the UK.The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring operatives are efficiently onboarded and fully prepared to work across various client sites nationwide.

* Missed Hours
* Time sheets
* Annual leave reports
* Payroll queries
* Monthly Checks
* Timesheet – lodge input
* Lodge costs
* Holiday tracker
* Set up new candidates
* Add new training certs and cards – verification
* Scheduling of inductions
* Set up new candidates
* Extending candidate passports
* Scheduling of inductions
* End placement
Must have
* Previous experience of working in Construction section
* Previous experience in HS2 Inductions
* Previous experience in Heathrow Inductions
* Experience in Onboarding Candidates
* Good Microsoft word and Excel experience
