How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
* In accordance with the Quality Control Plan, execute the specific inspections on material, equipment and construction/installation activities on site, following relevant specified procedures, issuing the relevant Quality Records
* Issue the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and send to Coating, Painting QC Supervisor / Quality
* Control Coordinator/Quality Control Manager (as applicable) non-conformances reports (where applicable the report shall be issued on PTS software)
* Verify/control the correct storage and certification of material and instrumentation calibration certificates
* Witness/perform qualifications of coating processes
* Check surface preparation
* Check and record atmospheric conditions prior to starting of painting operations
* Carry out wet and dry film thickness checks
* Monitor observations of the correct coding cycles
* Monitor wet film thickness
* Verify the correct color-coding and painting
* Perform visuals inspections
* Perform adhesion testing
* Perform penetration testing
* Evaluate impact testing
* Perform visual checks pre-blasting
* Perform visual checks after blasting
Experience: Experienced Inspector with proven expertise in coatings and painting inspection activities within the oil and gas industry. Strong knowledge of coating processes, inspection requirements, and defect identification. Previous hands-on coating/painting inspection experience is essential.
Thorough understanding of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality control requirements, and project specifications.
Certification:
* NACE or FROSIO level 2
