Description

Coordinate and schedule property maintenance and repair works efficiently.
Act as the main point of contact between contractors and internal teams.
Keep accurate records of work orders and ensure timely updates.

Resolve any issues that may arise during property projects.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

A successful Works Co-Ordinator should have:
