The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from inception through to completion, with experience delivering industrial units, warehouses, distribution centres, or logistics facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager on new build industrial projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes and programme management
Experience managing site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships
Excellent communication and leadership skills
