Oversee talent management processes, including recruitment, development, and succession planning.
Collaborate with other departments to promote a cohesive and productive work environment.Profile
A successful Senior People Partner Corporate should have:
Proven experience in a strategic HR partnering role within the retail or similar industry.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Adept at managing change and driving organisational development initiatives.
Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
Experience in coaching and developing managers to enhance their performance.Job Offer
Salary of £65,000 plus Car or Car Allowance, dependent on the level of experience.
