We are currently working with a friendly and supportive mainstream primary school in Willesden (NW10) who are looking to appoint an experienced HLTA to join their team on a long-term basis.
The Role:

Cover full classes across all primary year groups
*
Lead lessons and learning activities
*
Support teaching and learning across the school
*
Manage classroom behaviour and daily routines
*
Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement
About You:
*
Previous HLTA experience is essential
*
Experience covering full classes independently
*
Confident working across all primary year groups
*
Strong knowledge of the UK primary curriculum
*
Excellent classroom management skills
*
Reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic
*
Strong communication and teamwork skills
