We are working with a leading MEP contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Receptionist to join their London Bridge office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and personable Receptionist who has previous experience working within the construction industry and is looking to join an established and growing MEP business.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing the front-of-house function of the business, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, contractors and employees, while also providing general administrative support to the wider team.
Responsibilities will include:
* Managing reception and welcoming visitors
* Answering and directing incoming calls
* Managing meeting rooms and appointments
* Liaising with clients, contractors and suppliers
* Handling post, deliveries and couriers
* Supporting the wider office with general administration
* Assisting with meetings and office events
* Maintaining a professional and organised reception environment
* Providing administrative support to the wider business where required
About You
* Previous experience within the construction industry is essential
* Previous experience as a Receptionist, Office Administrator, Front of House or similar
* Experience working for a construction contractor, subcontractor, developer or consultancy
* Professional, confident and approachable manner
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Good IT and Microsoft Office skills
* Comfortable dealing with senior management, clients and external stakeholders
* Well presented and professional
