A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
Experience in the energy and natural resources industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
The ability to analyse complex data and provide actionable insights.
