What we're looking for
SEN Classroom Support will ideally have:
Experience working with children or young people, whether in a school, care, youth work, support or similar setting.
Prior experience as SEN Classroom Support staff would be advantageous, but not essential.
Some knowledge or experience of Autism, ADHD and challenging behaviour.
A patient, calm and compassionate approach.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a supportive team.
A genuine desire to help young people overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
