We're working with a highly respected Tier 1 contractor delivering a major data centre scheme in West London for a repeat blue-chip client. This is a technically challenging CSA Shell & Core package on one of the busiest and fastest-growing sectors in UK construction.
This role is suited to a Project Manager who thrives in complex live environments, understands the realities of city-based infrastructure projects, and has a proven track record delivering large-scale commercial or industrial developments with significant structural and utility elements.
What you'll be delivering:
* CSA Shell & Core works on a flagship data centre development
* Major substructure and heavy civil elements
* Coordination around critical utility and substation interfaces
* Management of key stakeholder and client relationships
* Programme, commercial and operational delivery across multiple workstreams
* Leadership of site teams, subcontractors and design coordination
What we're looking for:
* Proven Project Manager experience on technically challenging commercial, industrial, mission-critical or infrastructure-led projects
* Strong understanding of large concrete structures, substructure packages and utility coordination
* Experience managing projects with significant power, substation or critical services interfaces
* Ability to navigate the unique challenges of construction in dense urban environments
* Strong client-facing skills with a collaborative approach to project delivery
* Track record of delivering projects safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards
