In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs and oversee projects from concept to completion. What You’ll Do
* Manage Customer Projects: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their technical requirements are fully understood and delivered.
* Oversee the Full Project Lifecycle: Coordinate and monitor projects from initial inquiry through design, production, and delivery.
* Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Work closely with design, engineering, and production teams to create and implement solutions that meet technical specifications.
* Ensure Quality and Compliance: Oversee technical aspects, ensuring all projects meet safety and regulatory standards.
* Provide Expert Guidance: Advise clients on the best engineering solutions based on their requirements and industry standards.
* Represent the Company at Industry Events: Build your industry knowledge and network by attending meetings, events, and exhibitions, helping to promote our conversions division and showcase our capabilities.
What We’re Looking For
* Engineering qualification or equivalent experience.
* Experience managing technical projects within an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial setting.
* Strong customer relationship and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent project management abilities, capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
* A background in building services, architectural practices, or M&E specialisms is desirable but not essential.
