Business Development Manager

Base Salary + Commission - realistic OTE of £50k in your first year
📍 Hybrid Based Role - 3 days a week in our Lincoln office, 2 days per week remote
🚄 Travel - Once per quarter travel to our London and Sheffield offices - travel fully paid
Business Development Manager - The Opportunity:

Working with current customers to identify how to use our Rent Protection Insurance product more effectively
*
Target driven, fast paced environment to grow your skills as a sales person
*
Training and developing our agent base to increase customer usage and our overall insurance book
*
Working with the wider insurance and account management teams to identify further opportunities
*
A team where success is measured against sales performance, customer satisfaction and your ability to follow regulated processes
This role would be perfect for you if you are currently working in the lettings industry and are looking to make the move into Proptech.
What we need from you:

Proven success in closing B2B sales both up-selling and cross-selling
*
Experience working in Lettings industry - ideally at senior lettings negotiator or branch manager level
*
Ability to establish rapport and trust with customers quickly and efficiently over the phone (and in some cases, face-to-face)
*
Target driven mentality with the ability to stay motivated and resilient even under pressure
*
Comfortable working in a fast paced, autonomous environment.
