Electrical Estimator needed in London, close to the City of London, Hackney, Westminster, Shoreditch, Canary Wharf, Islington, Stratford and Tower Hamlets.
We are working with a well-established, family-run M&E contractor specialising in high-quality commercial office fit-out projects across London. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join the team.
This is a great opportunity for an Estimator looking to join a close-knit business where they can have genuine responsibility and play an important role in the continued growth of the company.
Duties:
* Prepare accurate electrical estimates and tenders for commercial office fit-out projects.
* Review drawings, specifications, scopes and tender documentation.
* Obtain and review subcontractor and supplier quotations.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and the internal project team.
* Support the commercial team from initial enquiry through to contract award.
Essential:
* Previous experience as an Electrical Estimator.
* Strong background in commercial office fit-out or similar commercial M&E projects.
* Good understanding of electrical installations, materials and labour requirements.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
