About the role and school

We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Tower Hamlets from September 2026. This Level 3 Nursery Practitioner role will sit within the school's Early Years provision, supporting young children as they develop their communication, independence and early learning skills.

The school offers a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to learn through a combination of structured activities and purposeful play. As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will work closely with the wider EYFS team to create a safe, stimulating and engaging learning environment.

This Level 3 Nursery Practitioner opportunity would suit someone who is passionate about Early Years education and enjoys helping young children develop confidence and positive relationships.

Job Responsibilities

Support children's learning through play and structured activities as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Assist with delivering engaging Early Years activities
Support children's communication, language and personal development
Observe and contribute to assessments of children's progress
Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
Work closely with teachers, practitioners and familiesQualifications/Experience

CACHE Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent is essential
Previous experience working in an Early Years or nursery setting
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
