Hiring for a reputed client, this is an exciting opportunity for a Scrum Master who enjoys helping teams perform at their best-through clear Agile ways of working, strong facilitation, and practical problem-solving.
What you'll be doing:
* Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
* Coach the team in Agile practices, ensuring consistent adoption across the project
* Remove blockers and impediments impacting delivery and sprint goals
* Support the Product Owner with backlog management, prioritisation, and refinement activities
* Promote self-organisation and empower the team to take ownership of delivery
* Monitor and report on sprint progress (including velocity, burndown, delivery metrics, and sprint reports)
* Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional team members and stakeholders
* Resolve conflicts and protect the team from external disruptions
* Maintain transparency of work using Agile tools (e.g. Jira dashboards/reports)
* Drive continuous improvement by turning retrospective learnings into actionable changes
What you'll bring:
* Experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments
* Proven ability to coach and mentor teams to improve performance
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ADO Board
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to resolve conflicts and manage competing priorities
* Servant leadership mindset, with proactive problem-solving and a calm approach in fast-paced settings
