About the role
We are looking for a reliable and practical Yard Operative to join a busy working environment in Denvies, SN10. This Yard Operative role would suit someone with previous trade experience who is confident working outdoors, handling materials and carrying out practical tasks safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities
• Carry out general yard duties and practical tasks
• Assist with the movement, handling and organisation of materials
• Keep the yard clean, tidy and organised
• Support day to day yard operations
• Work safely and follow site procedures
• Use previous trade experience to complete practical tasks effectively (Joinery, pluming, electrician)
• Work as part of a team to maintain an efficient working environment
Skills and experience required
• Previous trade experience is essential
• Previous experience in a yard, construction or similar practical environment is beneficial
• Full driving capability is essential
• Good practical and manual skills
• Reliable and hardworking approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good awareness of health and safety
• Willingness to carry out a range of practical yard duties
