LOCATION: Yoxford
HOURS: 45 hours per week - 5 days across 7 (including early mornings, evenings & weekends)
PAY: £12.71 p/h
CONTRACT: Permanent
  
An established venue is seeking a professional and customer‑focused Receptionist to support their busy front‑of‑house operation. This role is key to ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and smooth experience across a wide range of events and daily activity.
  
Key Responsibilities

Acting as the first point of contact for guests, visitors and callers
Managing check‑ins, enquiries and general front‑desk duties
Maintaining a tidy, organised and professional reception area
Providing clear, friendly and efficient customer service
Supporting wider administrative tasks as required
Working early mornings, evenings and weekends on a 5‑day rota   
What We’re Looking For

Previous reception or customer service experience
Confident communication and a professional manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work calmly in a busy, guest‑facing environment
Flexibility to work varying shifts across 7 days
