LOCATION: Yoxford
HOURS: 48 hours per week - 5 days across 7 (including early mornings, evenings & weekends)
PAY: £34,000 per annum
CONTRACT: Permanent
  
An established venue is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the smooth running of their busy hospitality operation. The venue hosts a wide range of events, from private functions to large‑scale celebrations, and requires a confident leader who can motivate a team and deliver exceptional service.
  
Key Responsibilities

Supervising daily F&B operations across bars, dining areas and event spaces
Leading and supporting the front‑of‑house team during busy service periods
Ensuring high standards of customer service and presentation
Coordinating shift plans, stock levels and opening/closing procedures
Working flexibly across early mornings, evenings and weekends   
What We’re Looking For

Previous supervisory experience within hospitality or events
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment
A hands‑on, proactive approach with a focus on guest experience
Flexibility to work a 5‑day rota across 7 days
