A successful Repairs & Planned Works Surveyor should have:
Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repair processes.
Experience working within property or housing sectors.
Proficiency in preparing specifications and managing contractors.
Understanding of health and safety regulations in property works.
Good communication and organisational skills.
The ability to work independently and make informed decisions.Job Offer
An hourly rate of £32.00 to £36.00, dependent on the level of experience.
