TeacherActive is proud to be working with a Secondary School in Middlesbrough who are looking to appoint a School Admin. The school is seeking a professional and approachable individual who can provide effective administrative support and create a welcoming first point of contact for visitors.
The school is looking to take on a School Admin on a long-term, full-time basis with an Immediate Start. The successful School Admin will support the day-to-day running of the school office, including front reception duties, answering telephone calls, filing, photocopying and attending to visitors.
The successful School Admin will have:
• Previous administrative or reception experience
• Strong communication and telephone skills
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Confidence carrying out filing, photocopying and general administrative duties
• A professional and welcoming approach when dealing with visitors
• The ability to work effectively as part of a busy school office team
