How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

READY TO MAKE PAID MEDIA A REAL COMMERCIAL GROWTH ENGINE?

We're working with a high-growth, commercially driven B2B organisation looking for an exceptional Paid Media Manager to take ownership of its performance marketing activity.

This is far more than a campaign management role. You'll be responsible for driving high-quality leads, improving conversion and scaling acquisition, with a direct line between your work and wider commercial performance.

If you're passionate about paid media, love getting under the skin of performance data and want genuine ownership of strategy, testing and growth, this could be your next move.

    THE ROLE

As Paid Media Manager, you'll take ownership of paid acquisition across key markets, developing and executing strategies designed to generate measurable commercial results.

You'll work closely with senior digital and commercial stakeholders, alongside wider specialists across SEO, CRM, UX and CRO, to create a fully integrated acquisition strategy.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Own and develop the paid media and lead generation strategy across key markets.
Plan, build, manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and programmatic display.
Set, monitor and evaluate meaningful performance marketing KPIs.
Use GA4 and offline business data to improve lead quality, conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
Build structured testing and experimentation programmes, including A/B testing.
Identify opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency and commercial return.
Produce regular performance reporting, forecasting and actionable insight for senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with SEO, CRM, UX and CRO teams to improve the end-to-end acquisition journey.
Work closely with senior digital and commercial leadership to deliver ambitious growth targets.
Keep pace with platform developments, emerging opportunities and paid media best practice.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You'll ideally bring 4+ years' experience managing lead-generation paid media, preferably across substantial monthly budgets.

You'll combine commercial thinking, creativity and analytical rigour, with a genuine appetite for improving performance.

    You'll have:

Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and LinkedIn Ads.
    Experience with programmatic/display advertising.
A proven track record in lead generation and performance marketing.
Strong GA4 experience and the ability to connect digital activity with offline commercial data.
Experience developing long-term account growth and testing strategies.
    A data-led approach to optimisation and decision-making.
Confidence challenging assumptions and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
A test-and-learn mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.WHY THIS ROLE?

You'll be joining a successful and ambitious business at an exciting stage of growth, where performance marketing is a key commercial driver.

This is an opportunity to have real ownership, influence strategy and build on an already established paid media operation.

You won't simply be managing campaigns - you'll be helping shape how the business generates, converts and scales new opportunities.

If you're ready for a role where performance genuinely matters and your results have commercial impact, we want to hear from you.
