As HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the HR function, ensuring the accurate administration of employee records, recruitment processes, onboarding activities, payroll support, and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Support recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews and preparing employment documentation.
Assist with onboarding and induction programmes for new employees.
Support payroll administration and employee benefits processes.
Prepare and process HR documentation, including contracts, amendments, and leaver paperwork.
Respond to employee queries promptly and professionally.
Provide administrative support across all areas of the HR function.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous administration experience, preferably within an HR environment.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
A professional and confidential approach when handling sensitive information.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
