Key Responsibilities
* Manage senior executives’ diaries and emails.
* Organise and service meetings, including taking minutes.
* Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents.
* Handle confidential information and maintain electronic filing systems.
* Deal with enquiries from Elected Members, MPs, members of the public and external organisations.
* Support corporate projects, events, visits and meetings.
* Assist with FOI requests, complaints and administrative processes.
* Raise purchase orders and process payments.
* Provide general executive and project support as required.
About You
* Previous experience in a senior administration, PA or executive support role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
* Experience taking minutes and preparing reports.
* Able to work with sensitive and confidential information.
* Professional, proactive and able to communicate confidently with people at all levels.
