We are currently looking for a reliable Welfare Cleaner to join our team on an ongoing project in Rawtenstall, Lancashire.
Job Description
Location: Rawtenstall, Lancashire (BB4 area)
Start Date: Start date will be confirmed once all required DBS checks and site inductions have been completed
Duration: Ongoing
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour (PAYE)
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 7:00am – 6:00pm (11 hours per day)
Duties
* Cleaning both floors of the two welfare cabins.
* Cleaning the security hut.
* Cleaning and sanitising all toilet facilities.
* Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout all welfare areas.
* Replenishing consumables as required.
* Reporting any cleaning or maintenance issues to site management.
* Travelling between different areas of the project when required.
Requirements
* Valid CSCS Card – essential.
* DBS Check – essential. This must be completed before starting (paid by us)
* Full UK driving licence and ability to drive – essential.
* Candidates must be comfortable driving between different areas of the project when required.
* Public transport access to the project is limited, so candidates must be able to travel to site reliably.
* Ability to work independently and maintain high cleaning standards.
* Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.

* EUSR Water Hygiene
* EUSR SHEA Water
* DBS check
