We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a small, highly regarded luxury business based in Central London.
Working within an exclusive and quality-focused environment, this is a varied position combining client service, order coordination and general office operations. You'll become an important part of a close-knit team, helping to ensure clients receive an exceptional level of service while keeping the day-to-day running of the office organised and efficient.
This could be an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator, Office Coordinator or Client Services professional looking to take on a broader role within a unique and prestigious business.
What you'll be doing
You'll have a varied workload and will support across a number of areas, including:
Taking and progressing client orders, providing updates and ensuring requirements are followed through
Speaking with clients by telephone and email and providing a professional, high-quality service
Maintaining stock levels and coordinating the ordering of products, packaging and office supplies
Keeping accurate records of stock movements and client information
Liaising with suppliers and external service providers
Supporting client and company events, including invitations, lunches, dinners and internal social events
Providing basic finance administration, including allocating costs and taking payments
Maintaining and updating internal databases and records
Acting as a point of contact for facilities including IT, alarms, air conditioning and other office services
About you
We're looking for someone who is organised, polished and comfortable working in a small business where everyone plays an important part.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience within administration, office coordination, client services or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A confident and professional manner when dealing with clients
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload
Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
The confidence to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion
Good Microsoft Office and general IT skills
A flexible, proactive approach and willingness to support different areas of the business
Experience within a luxury, premium, professional services or high-end client environment would be advantageous, but isn't essential
