How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    E-Commerce Executive -Bangor
    Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 5.00pm- Fri 8.30am- 1.30pm - 35 Hours per week
    Salary - £30,000 – £40,000 per annum
    Nominate Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Bangor, who are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Executive to join their team.
    This is a fantastic opportunity for an E-Commerce professional with strong Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising experience to play an important role in driving online sales, visibility and performance across international marketplaces.
    The Role
    The E-Commerce Executive will support the growth and performance of the company's Amazon marketplaces, while also assisting with their direct-to-consumer e-commerce websites.
    The primary focus will be Amazon marketplace management, including advertising, content optimisation, Brand Store updates, reporting and delivery of e-commerce KPIs.
    Key responsibilities include:
    • Manage and optimise Amazon Seller Central across international marketplaces
    • Create and maintain product listings, A+ Content and Brand Store pages
    • Plan, implement and optimise Amazon Advertising campaigns
    • Monitor account health, compliance, promotions and new product launches
    • Analyse performance data and turn insights into actions to improve sales, visibility and conversion
    • Monitor advertising performance and optimise campaigns for efficiency
    • Support Shopify, Google Ads and Meta Ads activity where required
    • Produce regular performance reports and contribute to e-commerce KPIs
    About You
    We're looking for someone who has:
    Previous experience managing Amazon Seller Central
    Experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret e-commerce performance data and turn insights into action
    Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
    A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
    A third-level qualification in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or a related discipline
