How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    The Senior Product Manager- Dynamics 365 F & O - Finance is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s finance systems, with a particular focus on ERP, although this role will cover all aspects of the finance technology landscape. As the Senior Product Manager, you will be managing and coaching a small team of technical analysts and influencing wider business teams to continuously improve and develop the finance systems, dealing with stakeholders to fully understand the business goals so that any solutions developed contribute to those goals. You will also have a wider view on the opportunities available through the innovative use of the D365 platform and associated technologies.

    Essential Skills

    Strong knowledge of finance systems such as Dynamics 365 F&O

    Experience with finance configuration, customisation, and administration.

    Knowledge of database management and workflow management.

    Familiarity with integration platforms and APIs to connect D365 with other enterprise systems.

    Understanding of SaaS, COTS and cloud-based technologies.

    Proven track record of delivering complex product roadmaps and projects on time and within budget.

    Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

    Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. ADO, Jira, Trello, MS Project).

    You will

    Product Management:

    Lead the Product Councils, ensuring cross functional representation from APAC business stakeholders.

    Develop and maintain comprehensive roadmaps and project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

    Track project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.

    Coordinate with development, QA, and other teams to ensure seamless product delivery.

    Working with all areas of the business to identify and prioritise product features and enhancements that will drive efficiencies, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, reduce cost and increase productivity and profitability.

    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and potential threats.

    Ensure product goals are aligned with the business and technology strategy.

    Stakeholder Management:

    * Act as the primary point of contact between the product team and stakeholders.

    * Communicate product roadmap & project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executive management.

    * Gather and prioritise requirements from stakeholders to ensure product alignment with business goals.

    * Identify and manage vendor relationships to support the continuous development, maintenance and security of the finance platforms
