How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Mental Health Support Workers – Lincolnshire

    £13.00 – £14.00 per hour | Full-Time, Part-Time & Flexible

Make a difference. Build confidence. Change lives.

Are you compassionate, patient and passionate about helping others? We’re looking for Mental Health Support Workers to join a dedicated team supporting individuals across Lincolnshire.

    What’s on offer?

    £13.00 – £14.00 per hour
    Competitive salary
    Mileage paid
    Full-time, part-time and flexible contracts
    Full training provided
    Excellent opportunities for career progression
A rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference every day
    The Role

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred emotional and practical support, helping individuals with mental health needs to live as independently, confidently and meaningfully as possible.

    Your responsibilities may include:

Supporting daily routines and personal care where required
Encouraging independence, confidence and life skills
Supporting appointments, activities and community access
Helping individuals enjoy hobbies, interests and social activities
    Building positive and trusting relationships
Working alongside families, healthcare professionals and other support services
Responding calmly and professionally to challenging situations
Promoting dignity, choice, privacy, respect and wellbeing at all times
    Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for people who are compassionate, empathetic, patient and non-judgemental, with the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm under pressure.

You’ll need to be reliable, adaptable and able to work both independently and as part of a team, with a genuine commitment to helping people achieve their goals.

Previous experience in mental health, healthcare, social care or supported living is desirable but not essential — full training can be provided for the right candidates.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable due to the geographical nature of the role, with mileage paid.

    Ready to Make a Difference?

If you’re looking for a rewarding career where no two days are the same, with excellent training, progression opportunities and the chance to genuinely change lives, apply today.

Your next career move could make a difference to someone’s life — and your own
