How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Aspiring Clinical Psychologist – Primary School Role
    Location: Lambeth, South London
    Contract: Full-time | Long-term
    Start Date: ASAP
    Pay: £108.35 per day

    About the Role

    A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Lambeth is seeking a motivated and compassionate Aspiring Clinical Psychologist to join their support team. This is an excellent opportunity for a psychology graduate or experienced support worker looking to gain practical experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), and behavioural challenges.
    Working through our specialist education agency, you will support pupils’ emotional development, engagement in learning, and overall wellbeing while building valuable experience for future careers in Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, Therapy, or Mental Health Services.

    Key Responsibilities

    Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN including Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMH
    Support the delivery of individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies
    Help pupils develop emotional regulation, confidence, and social communication skills
    Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and pastoral teams
    Assist with structured interventions, sensory activities, and therapeutic approaches
    Monitor pupil progress and contribute to observations and reportsIdeal Candidate

    Degree in Psychology or a related field (or currently studying)
    Genuine interest in child development, mental health, and therapeutic support
    Patient, resilient, and proactive with strong interpersonal skills
    Experience supporting children or young people in schools, care settings, youth work, or similar environments is desirable
    Understanding of SEN such as Autism, SEMH, trauma-informed practice, or behavioural needsWhy Work Through Our Agency
