Associate Dentist – Plymouth, Devon

Full or Part Time | 2–5 Days per Week | £15 per UDA + 45% Private

MBR Dental is currently assisting an independently owned dental practice in Plymouth, Devon, with the recruitment of an Associate Dentist to join their established and supportive team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking for clinical freedom, a well-established patient base, and the opportunity to develop their private dentistry.

The Opportunity

* Full or part-time position – 2–5 days per week

* Up to 5,000 UDAs available

* £15 per UDA

* 45% private fee split

* Monthly pay

* Surgery space available Monday to Friday

* Working hours to be discussed and agreed

* £20,000 relocation package available for dentists undertaking 5,000+ UDAs***

* Well-established patient list

* Excellent potential to grow and develop private dentistry

* Full clinical freedom

* Immediate start available, with notice periods considered

* Typical NHS earnings from £70k - £140k per annum (FTE)

The Practice

* Independently owned dental practice

* 18-surgery practice

* Fully computerised

* Access to CBCT and OPG

* Intraoral scanners

* Supportive and experienced clinical team

* Opportunity to work alongside an established team of dental professionals

About You

The practice is looking for a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist who is keen to become part of a supportive team.

* GDC registration is essential

* Active NHS Performer Number required

* Postgraduate qualifications are preferred but not essential
