Forklift Driver - Nights

FLT Counterbalance / Reach Truck Drivers
📍 Location: Burton-on-Trent
👥 Positions Available: 3–4 FLT Drivers
⏰ Hours: 48 hours per week
💷 Pay Rate: £14.45 per hour (including shift premium)
💰 Overtime: £19.91 per hour

We are currently recruiting for experienced FLT Counterbalance / Reach Truck Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation in Burton-on-Trent.

Shift Details
48 hours per week
Combination of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts
Night shift patterns:

Sunday–Thursday, or
Monday–Friday
3 days of initial site training
Immediate starts availableKey Duties & Responsibilities
Safely operate FLT Counterbalance and/or Reach Trucks within the warehouse.
Load and unload goods from vehicles safely and efficiently.
Move pallets and stock around the warehouse and storage areas.
Put away incoming stock into the correct locations.
Pick and replenish stock as required.
Load pallets and prepare goods for dispatch.
Check stock and ensure goods are stored correctly and securely.
Complete daily FLT safety checks before operating the truck.
Follow all warehouse health & safety procedures and site regulations.
Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
Assist with general warehouse duties when required.
Work as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines.Requirements
Valid FLT Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck licence.
Previous FLT warehouse experience.
Good understanding of warehouse health & safety procedures.
Reliable with good attendance and timekeeping.
Ability to work night shifts.
Good attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.Temp to Perm OpportunityThere is potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidates, depending on performance, reliability and attendance.
