Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work within supportive primary and secondary schools across Kettering. The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students both in and out of the classroom.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Provide one-to-one and small group support where required.
Help students overcome barriers to learning.
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement.
Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including SEND where applicable.
Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
Have experience working with children or young people in any capacity.
Be patient, empathetic and enthusiastic.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Be adaptable and able to work as part of a team.
Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting education.
Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
