Teach Now is looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join a welcoming primary setting in Hertfordshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who understands that the best Early Years classrooms combine purposeful learning with curiosity, creativity and play. You will take responsibility for an EYFS class, creating a nurturing environment where children feel confident to explore, communicate and develop strong foundations for school life.
The role
Plan and deliver engaging learning in line with the EYFS framework.
Create stimulating opportunities for learning through play and exploration.
Observe and assess children's development and identify appropriate next steps.
Support early communication, phonics, literacy and numeracy.
Work closely with Teaching Assistants, families and the wider school team.
Provide appropriate support for children with additional or SEN needs.
We are looking for
UK QTS and experience or strong training within EYFS.
A sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
Strong classroom organisation and behaviour management.
A warm, imaginative and child-centred teaching style.
Experienced teachers and strong ECTs are encouraged to apply.
