Teach Now is recruiting Early Career Teachers for primary opportunities across Hertfordshire. We are looking for enthusiastic teachers who have completed, or are completing, their teacher training and are ready to build confidence within EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
You will join a supportive school environment where you can continue developing your teaching practice while taking responsibility for pupil progress.
Your responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons across your assigned year group.
Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching appropriately.
Establish clear routines and positive behaviour expectations.
Create an inclusive classroom where all pupils can participate.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
Build constructive relationships with pupils and families.
What we are looking for
UK QTS or QTS confirmed following completion of teacher training.
Strong school-placement experience.
Good knowledge of the primary curriculum.
Reflective, organised and enthusiastic approach.
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
