How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

As the new Brand Partnerships Manager, you'll be responsible for driving new business growth, building relationships with senior marketing decision-makers, and creating innovative commercial partnerships across multiple channels. This is a true hunter role for someone who loves opening doors, developing opportunities, and closing creative deals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Building and managing your own pipeline of prospective brand partners

    · Identifying and securing new commercial opportunities through proactive outreach and networking

    · Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation and deal closure

    · Developing bespoke partnership ideas spanning podcast, content, social, talent and sponsorship opportunities

    · Building relationships with senior marketing stakeholders and key decision-makers

    · Collaborating with internal creative and content teams to deliver standout campaigns

    What We're Looking For

    · Proven success in media sales, sponsorship, partnerships, business development or commercial roles

    · Track record of generating new business and exceeding revenue targets

    · Confident prospecting new clients through outreach, networking and relationship building

    · Strong presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

    · Experience managing opportunities from initial conversation through to signed deal

    · Commercially minded with the ability to think creatively about client solutions

    · Experience selling podcasts, digital media, branded content, sponsorships or entertainment partnerships

Why do you want this role?

🔥 Join a rapidly growing business with a strong brand and ambitious growth plans

🔥 Sell creative, multi-channel campaigns rather than standard media inventory

🔥 High visibility role with genuine opportunity to shape commercial growth

🔥 Work with a collaborative, entrepreneurial team where new ideas are encouraged

*Rates depend on experience and client requirements
