A specialist school in Wokingham is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic EHCP Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, Teachers, or other education and psychology professionals who want to gain valuable hands-on experience supporting students with a range of special educational needs.
As an EHCP Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual students' needs and EHCP outcomes.
Support students in accessing the curriculum and engaging positively with their education.
Help students develop confidence, independence, communication, and social skills.
Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and other professionals to implement strategies outlined in students' EHCPs.We're looking for an EHCP Assistant who is:
