Delivering product and sales training to partners to increase engagement and finance penetration.
Re-engaging existing customers and partners to reignite growth opportunities.
Achieving and exceeding agreed sales objectives and performance targets.

We're particularly interested in speaking with candidates who thrive in a new business environment and enjoy building relationships from the ground up.
You'll ideally bring:
Experience within asset finance, vendor finance, leasing or a related commercial finance environment, with strong knowledge of products such as Leasing, Hire Purchase and Business Loans.
A proven track record of winning new business, developing profitable customer relationships and managing opportunities through the full sales cycle.
Confidence building relationships and negotiating with senior stakeholders, supported by strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience using digital channels, social selling and proactive prospecting techniques to generate new business opportunities.
