How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Interior Designer

    Permanent Position, Central London

    Our client is a leading international architectural and interiors practice with extensive experience across a broad range of building types in the private and public sectors. They are creative, design-led and committed to developing the best possible solutions for their clients.

    We are happy to say that they now are seeking a talented, motivated, and experienced Interior Designer to join one of their established Interior Design teams.

    This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious designer to further develop their career within a successful, collaborative, and design-led practice, working on high-quality corporate fit-out projects.

    Experience and skills

    Proven experience in corporate and workplace fit-outs and commercial interior design.
    A strong and well-presented portfolio demonstrating conceptual, technical, and delivery skills.
    Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Revit and Illustrator.
    Ability to sketch by hand is desirable.
    Highly organised with the ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.
    Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to travel or work extended hours when required to meet project deadlines.
    Produce presentation materials, including mood boards, sample boards, and client-facing design presentations.
    Select finishes, materials, and FF&E in line with project briefs, budgets, and sustainability considerations.
